Our client, a high-energy, diverse, multi-cultural company, located in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Staff Accountant for its finance team to prepare financial reports, streamline the budgeting process, enhance operational efficiency and provide forecasting and analysis for US and global operations.
Additional responsibilities include AP, AR and Payroll, working with external auditors, identifying and suggesting improvements, preparing and presenting consolidated global budgets to management.
Must have outstanding quantitative and analytical, communication and presentation skills. Highly reliable, detail-oriented with a strong service and team-oriented mind set is required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of two years accounting/finance experience is required. Knowledge of FACTA requirements or other language skills is a plus.
