The Global Quality HR Coordinator will report to the HRBP (HR Manager) and also work with the Global Head/ Senior Director of HR for the Quality Organization. This role will provide the following value:
Support HR Manager by coordinating Quality Excellence rotation program (QEP) and mentoring meetings and logistics, including creating packets, tracking and monitoring events, and training
Track people practices and commitments per the Quality Plan (e.g. Job descriptions)
Aggregate monthly performance metrics for the departments related to turnover and development planning
Produce monthly Quality Talent Dashboard (e.g. open positions, turnover, D&I) and other as needed reports
Handle on-boarding, terminations, move logistics and HR Core processing and data validation. Visa processing for international associates. Provide data maintenance and reports to the HR partners about their groups using systems such as: Global First Port, TMS, etc.
Coordinate new hire enrollment and onboarding, and where Cambridge new hires cannot attend onboarding on their start date, cover benefits with them and coordinate security badge set up
Track completion in online performance management and compensation planning systems. Work with managers to answer questions, send reminders, and ensure all associates have completed records in the systems
Edit and create PowerPoint presentations as needed
Prepare materials for calibration sessions, where performance ratings and potential ratings are discussed, aggregate proposed rating data and analyzing year-over-year trends, documenting and tracking actions
Work with the HR business partner to determine annual learning program nominations- matching employee development needs with opportunities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the final nominees being submitted into the appropriate systems, and tracking approval, back to the manager and HR
Draft communication to manager and associate after approval from the Global Head of Quality
Edit bi-monthly HR Intelligence and distribute to QA Leadership Team (QALT) globally. This involves determining which internal notices and external articles would be relevant to this audience
Back-up and partner to Executive Assistant to Head of Quality
Is a resource for associates about general HR policy and administration, i.e. vacation policy, direct benefits questions to proper source, etc. Provide guidance to associates and managers on HR Core processes and provide oversight of the HR Service Center to process changes as required
Assist with projects and initiatives as needed including occasional travel planning and expenses

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
