Work Opportunities Unlimited, a human services organization, is looking for an energetic sales-focused individual to join our Career Services Team to include the Boston, North Shore, and South Shore territory as an Job Developer.
Our Job Developer will be networking within the community, generating and cultivating strong relationships with local businesses and developing partnerships with employers to secure community-based, long-term employment for our diverse roster of clients. Position will include completing company interviews, fostering relationships with employers, and following up on leads generated by our sales team.
Requirements for the Job Developer:
Skilled in building close-knit relationships and trust with others
Success in a sales environment, preferably in the sales of a service
Strong networking skills
Strong verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills
Documentation, both written and in a computer database
Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with the community
Excellent attention to detail
The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and a motor vehicle record check that must meet company standards. Valid drivers license, automobile, and insurance required.
