The Learning & Leadership team supporting the Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge organizations seeks an inventive design technologist to build bar-raising digital solutions that provide exceptional and impactful solutions that support the employee lifecycle.
You are a triple threat:
you have the technical skillset to create custom-built digital learning experiences; you have a great eye for design and aesthetics; and you have experience with instructional design for adult learners.
You bring it all together to build engaging, innovative learning experiences for a diverse, demanding, and constantly evolving customer base.
You can switch from editing a video for a blended course to coding a website to designing a uniform visual look for a suite of learning experiences with relative ease.
You are able to leverage your curiosity and critical thinking skillset to analyze issues, understand business needs, and tailor your designs to target those needs.
You regularly consult with business partners, business leaders, and subject-matter experts to ensure solution design is synchronized with the needs of our customer and delivers against our objectives.
You are self-driven with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
You have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and solid project management skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are great at balancing speed and quality.

Key job responsibilities Use customer research and data to custom build responsive and accessible digital solutions and platforms Collaborate with partners and key stakeholders to create wireframes and functional mocks; conduct user testing for prototypes Manage your own time across multiple projects; create project plans and communicate status updates Define governance for solutions access; create documentation for set up and maintenance Create data feeds with business intelligence tools Define and manage the team's data storage and publishing solutions Create templates and documentation for Learning Experience Designers and/or others to author content.
