Senior Channel Marketing Manager at B-Stock Solutions in Remote

Partner with a team of account managers that lead B-Stock's relationship with the nation's largest retail, mobile, manufacturers and consumer goods companies to develop buyer demand through the deployment of marketing campaigns and launch campaigns. Monitor, report, and analyze on campaign performance, including marketing vehicle engagement metrics and buyer activation metrics, i.e. the conversion of buyer registrations to active and engaged bidders and buyers. Measure all key conversions from registrations, bidding, and winning bids, to maximize ROI from buyer demand across various channels Develop and execute category marketing plans in partnership with account managers to create awareness and engagement with new and existing buyers. Utilize segmented email, direct mail, digital, in product discovery and event tactics, including new creative ideas based on customer insights Work with account management to identify new growth opportunities and develop the GTM plan to realize the opportunity based on customer insights i.e. testing commercial innovation marketing to buyers across the full spectrum of GTM channels. Identify best practices among account management and develop systems to share across teams to improve performance through knowledge-sharing platforms, training, and communication Partner with the account management and sales leadership to monitor and measure performance to collaboratively find areas of opportunity Share seller feedback with the marketing team to ensure the best marketing tools are available to account management to improve conversion Provide input on marketing messaging hierarchy to ensure consistency of messaging from end to end while effectively communicating the customer benefit to prospective buyers ie. Ensuring marketing collateral is up to date, accessible and effective Ensure that all stakeholders are kept fully informed of project status, issues, and progress while being the single point of contact for account management to marketing i.e. measuring seller performance to identify areas of opportunities Execute ongoing and one-time projects to the benefit of clients and internal stakeholders MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 5
years of business experience leading complex marketing strategy development and cross- functional execution Must possess experience in successfully developing and driving a program from concept to execution and evaluation against qualitative and quantitative objectives Ability and experience in building, executing, and supporting channel marketing programs and campaigns that will drive more buyers and more GMV to B-Stock's private marketplaces Influences effectively across cross-functional teams and works collaboratively to deliver results Analytical, defines what goals look like, and rallies teams around these key metrics Natural comfortability in presenting to both internal and external audiences The ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest impact near-term levers Self-motivated, innovative mindset, an entrepreneurial in spirit that can lead others in the best path to grow faster Periodic travel to customer locations and to B-Stock's offices in Belmont, CA.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
