This role is fully remote at this time, potential return to work during the fall or winter. CIC Health is building out a healthcare business rapidly and at scale. We are currently focused on enabling large-scale COVID-19 testing in schools across the US to get students back into the classroom safely. A key element of building our total offering includes on-the-ground services, human support, and supplies. Key to achieving large scale deployment is offering software platforms that enable our entire operation to function flawlessly. The incredibly fast pace of our service delivery, as well as the high standards of our customers lead us to develop tools that are iterating rapidly and rely on low-code and no-code solutions. We are looking for a developer who has the skills to stand up and administer a database, the chops to write customer JavaScript, node.js , or PHP and the experience and wisdom to leverage existing third-party tools, APIs, and frameworks for speed, agility, and maintainability. We invite you to explore all our openings and learn more about our teams YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK As a part of the product development team in CIC Health, you will cooperate with our teams that support our testing operations, logistics, third party service providers, schools, and government agencies. Your main task is to develop software that solves operational challenges, logistical support, and total program management functions. You are focused on prototyping, deploying, and iterating rapidly. We endeavor to build as little custom code as possible for speed, ease of development, and maximum impact with our team. Potential responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
o Scoping solutions for end user stories. o Investigating existing third party tools and frameworks to leverage to maximum impact in minimal time. o Developing, debugging, testing, and supporting implemented functions and features of the platform. o Standing up database infrastructure on standard stacks (e.g. LAMP stack). o Data maintenance, data cleaning, evangelizing good data practice for a non-tech-focused crowd. o Delivering user experiences that are broadly accessible to less technology-fluent end users. o Thinking through and designing for high security and data privacy. o Taking ownership of tracking top priority tasks and initiatives and setting goals and order of tasks within each development sprint. o Being responsible for training and making sure the tool or feature is used as expected, after projects are delivered. YOU HAVE o At least five years of professional experience. o Experience with SQL and unstructured databases. o Experience with PHP. o Experience with Javascript and node.js . o Bias to leverage existing frameworks and third party tools before resorting to custom code development. o Experience in working in a SCRUM or Agile methodology, designing and mapping our processes and technical knowledge or skills (programming, product development cycle, UX, etc.) a plus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
