Digital Product Manager
As a Digital Product Manager on EF Ultimate Break s software development team (a.k.a.
DevForce1), you will work with developers, business leaders, and representatives of every department to build, maintain and improve a best-in-class e-commerce platform.
As the Product Manager for our public facing website, you will be responsible for developing, championing, and implementing a strategy for how technology can create business growth.
You will work closely with Marketing, Acquisition and Sales to develop and iterate on features and tools to help consumers find the products that are right for them and transact efficiently.
You will join a passionate, fast-moving technology team with a proven record of success where collaboration and innovation are foundational.
What you ll do:
- Proactively learn the customer needs and business operations to formulate opinions on how technology can add value for both- Work with the business to build the website product roadmap by defining priorities and scope of the work and support the team in executing on those goals- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, listens to all sides of a story, synthesize and assess the different perspectives to guide the team on tactical and strategic decisions- Transparently communicate priorities, process and progress to business stakeholders- Make informed decisions based on data and insights- Ensure on-time delivery of product functionality Who you are:
- 3-4 years of product management experience working with cross-functional engineering teams- You are passionate about how technology can add value for consumers and grow the business- You can leverage your business acumen and strategic thinking to make difficult prioritization decisions- You can juggle multiple priorities and needs from disparate stakeholders with competing deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment- You are an effective collaborator who always puts the team goals first- You exhibit a strong sense of urgency at work:
when you see roadblocks on the horizon you proactively plan to remove them- You are disciplined about communicating progress and demonstrating deliverables to business stakeholders and engineering teams- You have working experience with Agile and/or Lean Development methodologies- You have experience working on consumer facing applications and/or in e-commerceWayup.
