Job Description:
Our newest R&D site located in Cambridge's Kendall Square is in the heart of a vibrant ecosystem of world-class science, innovation, and business opportunities.
Our research in Cambridge focuses on Client targets and pathways for tumors that are resistant to current Immuno-Oncology therapies, as well as innovative discovery and translational medicine platforms to address unmet medical need in cardiovascular disease, and immunoscience.
We will continue to foster patient outreach and local external collaborations with biopharma, biotech, and academic partners in our pursuit to help patients prevail over serious diseases.
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-orientated, and collaborative team member to partner effectively with all scientific functions and with our supporting groups to support the relocation to our new flagship building in Cambridge, MA.
Core responsibilities will focus on supporting day to day laboratory operations and coordinating with all move stakeholders to ensure the relocation is done on schedule and following proper guidelines.
The successful candidate will be part of the Strategy and Research Operations team and will play a critical role in site-wide laboratory operations and setting up the new laboratories post-move.
Candidate must be a highly organized, proactive, and self-directed individual who can handle a variety of tasks in a matrix environment.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Partner with external vendors to coordinate decommissioning and recommissioning of lab equipment in timely manner following EHS guidelines.
Verify all pre- and post-move tasks are completed following timeframe in move schedule including open lab space, cold storage, TC space, and other lab resources.
Support researchers with move-related and lab operations requests.
Partner with in-house support groups to coordinate equipment relocation following establisher workflows.
Work with Lab Specialist and Operations Manager to support day to day lab operations requests to keep our labs operational and minimize downtime.
Assist with asset labeling as necessary.
Submit IT and Facilities requests via internal ticketing platforms.
Follow-up and update status of Lab Ops requests via SharePoint.
Coordinate and ensure appropriate redeployment of equipment is completed on schedule.
Support lab set up at our new Site.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in scientific discipline preferred.
This is hybrid position and 50% onsite.
Capability to occasionally transport from current site to our new building in Cambridge Crossing.

years working in life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with R&D laboratories is a plus.
Must possess excellent organization skills and have a high attention to detail with a desire to get the job completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Must take initiative, be collaborative, team player, and resourceful.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve problems is critical.
Strong computer skills, including expertise in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are required.
Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
