This position is a critical one for the future success of WCRI, creating and executing strategies to raise resources needed to support WCRI's annual and strategic objectives.
Objectives of the position Serve as a key member of the management team influencing and driving strategy, relationships and best practices to accomplish revenue goals Develop and steward a portfolio of relationships from membership segments to provide funding to support the WCRI mission through membership, and other partnerships.
Responsibilities and Duties Develop and maintain prospect list for new members Create and execute plan to contact prospects and enroll new members.
Assist with preparation of marketing materials and marketing plan Work closely with other WCRI staff to maintain a deep understanding of WCRI work and role in the WC industry Assist with organization of various roundtables for current and prospective members Document interactions with prospects and shares with management team Regular reports on progress against goals and issues, if any Qualifications Previous experience in sales and/or client retention with demonstrated positive results Contacts within the insurance industry, preferably workers' compensation Previous experience with designing and managing membership acquisition and retention plans Familiarity with public policy research, and comfort with impartiality preferred Credibility with public officials, members, and leadership Travel required - as much as 50% time Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and work independently Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Job Type:

$100,000.
