Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties located in Cambridge, MA.
You will join our maintenance team responsible for:
Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.
Preparing open apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of the buildings, including groundskeeping and exterior maintenance.
The work hours are 9:
00am to 5:
00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
Who We Are Looking For:
Someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.
Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
