$90,000 to $140,000 Cambridge Honda in Cambridge Ma is looking to add an additional EXPERIENCED service advisor to our staff.
We have more work than we can handle daily so WE NEED YOU! We have been in this location for 20 years and have may loyal repeat customers daily.
We specialize in vehicle maintenance and repairs servicing customer pay, warranty and internal.
Honda / Acura or Foreign brand experience is helpful but not necessary.
Must be Customer Service Focused, Organized, an Excellent Communicator and able to work in a fast paced environment.
WE ARE VERY BUSY so we are looking for an experienced advisor not a trainee.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting guests with service needs Generating estimates Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering Conducting post-repair follow-up Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Confident ability to operate with little supervision Process driven, with great organizational skills The desire to be successful in a fun, fast-paced, high-volume highly-motivational environment Skills/

the ability to provide a stellar customer service experience, manager-assisted problem solving and desire to grow within a great automotive organization.
