Position
Summary:
FL68 is seeking an innovative and highly motivated Stem Cell Biologist with expertise in culturing and maintaining induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSCs) lines, directed cell differentiations, and performing in vitro readouts.
This candidate will play a vital role in the company's efforts to demonstrate platform capabilities and transition findings into early pre-clinical studies.
This candidate must have a strong desire to work collaboratively within and across teams, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain sterile human/mouse stem cell and/or iPSC cell cultures and perform directed cell differentiations.
Perform cell-based and molecular assays (e.
g.
ELISAs, Western Blots, qRT-PCR, metabolic).
Data and statistical analysis.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date electronic lab notebook.
Write and maintain high quality experimental protocols.
Report experimental plans and results to scientific team and management.
Preferred
Qualifications:
BA/BS in life sciences, biology, or related field with 2
years of relevant in vitro experience in academia or industry Previous experience with performing and validating in vitro directed differentiations.
Experience with molecular and cell biology assays.
