In this role, you'll help us design, develop and implement enterprise-wide business applications and services using Pega Infinity platform.
This is your chance to support interesting business use cases by providing thought leadership to teams and help influence the product roadmaps.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Manage the application development team in the design, develop and implementation of enterprise-wide business applications and services.
Determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of designing enterprise applications.
Develop solutions architecture and act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization.
Contribute to ongoing development activities and take complete ownership of the deliverables.
Provide thought leadership to fellow team members across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
Influence customers and team to make an informed decision.
Mentor team members on their assigned project tasks as well as technical staff.
Manage the application development teams and conduct product work reviews along with team members.
Who You Are:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field), Computer Science or related field and 14 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving analysis, design, development, and product/application deployment of large-scale Java centric enterprise application systems.
Must include 8 years in a hands-on full stack software development role; Experience specified must include 7 years with web application development using J2EE; relational database design and development; Experience specified must include 5 years as Technical lead/architect; with software design architecture and patterns; translating complex business use cases into high level technical architecture and designs; agile/scrum team environment; Micro service architecture design and implementation; DevOps tools and methodology; and 3 years with one of the common cloud service providers (AWS, Azure or GCP) and its services.
Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days a week.
