You'll work closely with teams from across the world to demonstrate GE Vernova's progress, performance, and path to growth in a dynamic environment.
The Digital Communications Business Partner is a senior communications leader responsible for the partnering with the GE Vernova Digital team to lead a Communications strategy, including strategy and planning, messaging, thought leadership, employee and change communications, media/PR and executive communications, among other tasks.
This role will work closely with business leaders across the Digital organization to help build a world-class positioning and narrative that can be driven internally and externally.
Essential Responsibilities As the Digital Communications Business Partner, you will:
Coordinate with business leaders to identify internal priorities, provide executive support and strategic counsel, and support business goals in alignment with key communications priorities defined by Segment Communications Leader Develop and execute strategic communication plans based on objectives and business priorities Create informative, relevant and inspiring internal/employee/executive content and assets Develop and enhance communications tools and channels to promote engagement with employees across the business Constantly and proactively interact with internal and external stakeholders to refine and improve communication plans Partner with the GE Vernova External Communications team to actively promote and protect the company in the media (trade, consumer & social), financial community, general public and other centers of influence Partner with the Marketing, Commercial and Regional Communications teams to jointly tell outcomes-driven stories across key themes and priority commercial areas Execute thought leadership strategies for senior leaders within the business leadership team (e.

LinkedIn articles, bylines, speaking engagements, etc.
) Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college Significant experience in communications with specific experience in executive communications Desired Characteristics Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to work well within a team environment, participate in department/team projects and balance detail with departmental objectives A track record demonstrating the ability to formulate strategic communications plans Team player attitude with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude Self-starter Creative thinker, with proven ability to generate new ideas If contracted in the US:
The salary range for this position is 136.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% target bonus.
