100% On-site Pay:
$26 hourly M-F 9am- 5pm (30 min.
Lunch) The primary focus of the role will be to oversee GMP warehouse operations in support of production.
The key deliverables for this role are Receiving, Labelling and Storing GMP materials, Kitting and Delivery to Manufacturing, Shipping, as well as working with both paper and electronic inventory systems.
This role will also be responsible for/support all Quality System requirements for Warehouse Operations (SOP Revision, Deviations, and CAPAs, Change Control) KSAs:
Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry Basic mathematical skills General understanding of cGMPs Proficient in MS Office applications Inventory control and/or management Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree OR Associate/ Medical Technical degree and 0-2 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
OR High School diploma/GED and 2-4 years of supporting Manufacturing or Operations experience.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of inventory systems (preferably SAP) & cGMP/Pharmaceutical regulations.
Performs inventory control:
cycle counts, material stocking, and scrapping, at a minimum.
Assists in managing material expiry, allocation, kitting, and maintains material condition requirements.
Maintains timing according to the production schedule to ensure on-time logistics.
Records material handling data and information in a clear, concise, format according to proper GDPs.
Works in a team based, cross-functional environment to complete kitting and delivery tasks required by shift schedule.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Available to work OT when business requires.
