Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations - Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items - Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards - Train and supervise kitchen staff - Manage inventory and ordering of supplies - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Assist with menu planning and development Skills:
