Senior Manager, Platform Adoption

Description Position at EF World Journeys As a Senior Manager of Platform Adoption on the EF World Journey's Engineering team, you'll drive the seamless integration and utilization of enterprise platforms throughout the organization from proper platform selection and solution design through user training, feedback, and issue support.
You're quickly able to understand our business, systems, and underlying data and can provide recommendations on how we may evolve our tools to benefit staff and customers.
You advocate for our staff and seek to understand their problems, working collaboratively to help our staff achieve their goals.
What you'll do Drive staff adoption of third-party and in-house tools by lowering barriers to entry and improving staff knowledge and capability.
Own Level 1 and Level 2 support processes for our in-house and third-party platforms Lead a team of Success Managers and Platform Administrators to support our in-house and third-party platform adoption.
Work with Product and Engineering to evaluate platforms and help make build vs.
buy decisions.
Establish platform adoption metrics and regularly report results to our team's Senior Leadership.
Standardize practices for collecting and sharing relevant staff feedback and pain points.
Oversee the implementation and enhancements of new platforms, championing best practices.
Manage vendor communication and contract negotiation to ensure we're maximizing our value.
Who you are 3
years managing a team in a technical environment Familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital technologies, and industry trends related to platform adoption is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience implementing and managing third-party software across a workforce (e.
g.
, Salesforce, Zendesk, Vonage, Twilio) Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing software vendors.
