This individual will play a critical role in our mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences underlined by innovation and excellence.
Starting pay:
85K
admin fees for all private events
bonus based performance.
Minimum of 90K guaranteed.

Responsibilities:
The General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant, including maintaining our service standards and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Key duties include:
Overseeing restaurant operations to ensure consistency and attention to detail.
Recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing staff.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Driving strategic growth and brand development.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
-A deep understanding of gourmet cuisine and fine wine.
-Demonstrable experience in delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
-Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
-Strong capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end dining setting.
-A meticulous eye for detail and a firm commitment to maintaining high standards.
-A dedication to furthering the growth and reputation of our brand.
-Strong bartending experience -Valid driver's license -Bilingual a plus (English, Spanish, portuguese) We Offer:
