Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple activities and constantly change of priorities.
Ensures timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and escalations Working knowledge of Remedy and ServiceNow.
Strong working understanding of software configurations Strong Hardware troubleshooting skills Strong network configuration skills to include active directory knowledge Experience writing / understanding Batch files, dealing with vendors, and other support functions to promote client needs.
Document and organize the migration/update of software applications, computer hardware, and peripheral equipment on the LAN, coordinating campaigns with internal resources or third parties when necessary.
Strong knowledge of HW and SW lifecycle.
Mastery of core computer software/systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Sharepoint, etc.
).
Lead inventory management programs Must be well organized, able to work independently.
Be able to lead presentation and attend meeting for the team Able to clearly document troubleshooting steps and root cause.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
