Founded in 2016, Yume Ga Arukara has become well-established in the Japanese culinary scene in Boston.
At Yume Ga Arukara, we let our udon shine through in its simplest form with a cold dipping sauce and topped with sweet & savory beef.
Yume Ga Arukara's goal is to maintain the integrity of each dish by making everything in-house, from scratch and with proper respect to the ingredients.
This is true for every component, including the udon itself, which is made daily with our imported Japanese noodle machine, to the simple yet complex cold dipping sauce all the way down to the hand grated ginger.
Everything is diligently prepared and made with passion by our hardworking team.

Food provided Growth opportunities Front of House Team Member Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests - Take orders and process payments using Aloha POS system - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus - Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food safety guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well within a team We offer competitive pay rates and provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
