60 an hour CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, Office of the Vice President for Finance (VPF), to provide customer service to the MIT community and external suppliers for the procurement operations team.
Will coordinate responses to invoice and payment questions in connection with VPF's Buy-to-Pay (B2P) system (built on the Coupa platform), questions regarding requests for payment and requests for reimbursement, and general payment questions; and cross-train in procurement operations and accounts payable processes.

Job Requirements REQUIRED:
high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of customer service experience; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to function autonomously and to recognize and anticipate team needs; discretion, tact, and good judgment with confidential information; and ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
PREFERRED:
bachelor's degree; and knowledge of SAP and the Coupa Buy-to-Pay (B2P) system.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
