MGM Development, a prominent luxury residential real estate developer in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior staff.
Our company specializes in developing high-quality, luxury residential properties, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence and efficiency.
Key
Responsibilities:
Efficiently organize and prioritize the CEO's tasks and calendar, focusing on high-value activities that align with company goals.
Coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.
Take detailed notes during meetings, maintain records of follow-up actions, and ensure their timely completion.
Manage the CEO's email and assist in creating documents and content as needed.
Prepare paperwork related to various business activities.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects with a focus on timely and efficient completion.
Provide support to senior leadership and assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new hires.
Handle personal requests from the CEO, including organizing travel arrangements and liaising with external parties.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for project execution.
Prepare investor presentations and assist with fundraising activities.
Assist with maintaining bank compliance documentation and help manage paperwork submissions for acquisitions, liaising with lenders and investors.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all professional matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in real estate development or a related field is a plus.
