Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner

Now hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner.
Resources need to be local to the Cambridge, MA area (02139) since there will be 3-4 days onsite / 1-2 days remote working environment.
Responsibilities Support client s transformation to the Oracle Cloud HCM suite Have solid understanding of HR, Payroll and Accounting principles and practices Performing data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP.
Configuring and testing Oracle HCM Providing functional and technical support to end-users and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Procurement, HR, and Business Process Owners, to ensure alignment and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP with other systems and processes.
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Financials, Business or related field At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, preferably in a financial transformation project Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Payroll systems Planet Technology Enterprise Company Description Planet Technology Enterprise is an internationally recognized IT Consulting Services firm established in 2003 with a specialty in SAP, Cloud Solutions & Big Data.
