We are seeking an engaging and detail-oriented individual to join us for a one-day event as an Associate Event Coordinator and Audience Delegate/Liaison.
You will be important part of ensuring that the audience of faculty, college students and guests at an education and innovation conference have a fantastic experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite demeanor, intellectual curiosity and a passion for providing top-notch customer engagement and service.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as the main point of contact for audience members, providing information and assistance as needed.
You will be seated among the audience in the conference hall.
- Welcome and assist audience members upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process - Assist with event setup and coordination when needed, working closely with the event team to ensure everything runs smoothly
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or event management is a plus
