As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing staff schedules to ensure efficient staffing coverage.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed and that the scheduling process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain schedules for staff members, taking into account their availability, qualifications, and caseloads Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained at all times Manage and prioritize scheduling requests and changes Communicate effectively with staff members regarding their schedules and any changes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules, absences, and time-off requests Assist with the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures Provide support and training to staff members on scheduling software and processes Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in scheduling or administrative role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using scheduling software and other office technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 15 days of Vacation, 12 Paid Holidays, 10 Sick Days and 3 Personal Days per year Company paid Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Long-Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Term, Whole Life, Accident and Critical Care Insurance.
