Stocked with fresh, fully prepared menu items from our local commissary kitchen, this Feast & Fettle retail location is a neighborhood fridge to solve dinnertime for the community.
This opening is for a part time position.
Please note:
This posting is for the new CAMBRIDGE location, which will be opening mid-April.
While under construction, interviews and training will be held at the nearby NEWTON location.

What does a Retail Associate at F&F's Fridge do? As an associate at our retail storefront, you'll represent the Feast & Fettle brand for all in-store customers.
This work includes the responsibility to:
Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team members Assist customers with strong working knowledge about our story, meals, products, and brand Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner and going above and beyond for our members Manage transactions at checkout using proper cash handling and credit/debit card procedures Merchandise products throughout the sales floor Pick and process online orders Clean, organize and maintain work areas and sales floor What does a strong applicant for this position have? 2
years of food retail or customer service experience Excellent communication skills Punctual and reliable Availability to work weekends and evenings Able to work independently and part of a team Highly organized and clean Desire to contribute positively to your coworkers and to the company Ability to listen and communicate effectively Very strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude Tech savvy is a major plus! We like to integrate tech into all aspects of the business Positive attitude; we believe a negative attitude inhibits everything about what we are trying to accomplish as a team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
