We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized area - Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or EMR systems - Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision - Assist with inventory management, including restocking frames and monitoring stock levels - Upsell products and promote current promotions or discounts - Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and find appropriate resolutions
Qualifications:
