Program Manager is a high-visibility role that develops and implements a comprehensive communication strategy and change plan that focuses on building employee momentum aligned with the CDO objectives and priorities.
Your role:
The Sr.
Program Managerwill provide vision, strategy, and understand the broader implications to identify and develop thoughtful employee pieces that showcase the plans, progress, and accomplishments of the S&RC employees toward the Consent Decree (CD).
These pieces will cover a wide range of internal strategic and tactical elements for the Consent Decree, for example:
Thought leadership content.
Speaking engagementsSocial Media programsCrisis and Issues management as related to the Consent DecreeEmployee engagement communicationsAccountable to develop internal messaging that is clear, concise, and meets all legal and regulatory requirements over the life of the CD.
Work closely with the CD team, the legal review team, and CD workstream leaders aligned to R&D, Quality, Human Resources, and Integrated Supply Chain to ensure that the communication strategy and messaging align with each workstream's vision and mission.
Act as a trusted advisor to various leaders within the CD team and support these leaders to reach employee engagement scores through the delivery of communications.
Liaise with stakeholders and Business Communications team to manage expectations using appropriate communication channels and techniques.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the CD Office's communication efforts for each workstream, including timing, resources, and deliverables.
Continuously evaluate and recommend adjustments to the communication and change plans to reach the objectives of the CD employee focused campaign.
Reporting to the Program Director- Consent Decree, you will partner with subject matter experts within and outside the CDO to drive tactical execution of all aspects of internal communication, including, internal stakeholder relations, and crisis communication management.
This Hybrid role, with preferred locations of Pittsburgh PA or Cambridge MA, may require travel up to 15%.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired a minimum of 7 years' experience in Program/Project Management, with a focus in communications and/or change management in FDA regulated industries-Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Government Agency.
You have expertise in coordinating and managing complex communication efforts across multiple stakeholders and requirements, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication or change strategies that align with organizational goals.
You have proven experience in all aspects of program planning and execution, demonstrating an outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.
You have demonstrated knowledge of communication best practices and the ability to integrate them into the S&RC CD Office's communication and change plans.
You're able to work effectively across diverse teams and groups with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
You've demonstrated the ability to think creatively and critically to develop thought leadership content.
You have detailed knowledge of industry trends and insights that can be leveraged to develop thought leadership pieces.
You have the proven ability to manage resources, budget, and timelines effectively while ensuring overall S&RC CD Office success.
You have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Strategy, or related field (required), Master's degree (desired).
PMP Certification preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position is $107,000 to $199,000, annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
