PG Calc is a subsidiary of Foundation Source, the leading company for software and services to charitable foundations The Client Services Departments provides software and subject matter support to clients through phone, email, and online inquiries Responsibilities include:
Answer telephone and e-mail messages.
Resolve client questions, requests and issues, or transfer to appropriate staff.
Maintain client records, fill orders, and develop expertise in use of PG Calc's client database.
Assist with client communications and support department members.
Coordinate meetings and events.
Develop working knowledge of PG Calc's software and services.
Contribute to ad hoc and cross-departmental projects.
Coordinate report requests, monitor data, deliver reports and invoice clients.
Coordinate software testing hours.
Provide administrative support to the CS Director.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
2 - 4 years of College SKILLS/ABILITIES Computer proficiency.
Microsoft Office.
Experience in using database software.
Well organized.
Good writing skills.
Positive sense of humor.
Cooperative and willing to assist others.
Ability to work independently and as a team member EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of previous related administrative experience.
