Your role:
Co-creating 12 18-month business & profitability improvement roadmap, together with business & function partners, based on data driven insights.
Coaching the project team members on Design for eXcellence methodology to create extended network of expertise and drive talent transformation.
Enabling end-to-end business & profitability improvements through leadership of strategic initiatives & projects that change the way work within the team and across the business (e.
g.
develop engagement model to support early concept development in R&D, Portfolio Optimization through SKU reduction)Developing and training the Design for eXcellence methodology to enable enhancement of talent across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and BU sSupporting knowledge management through maintaining and expanding our toolkit and best practice databaseAbility to synthesize data, and complex information into a simple call to action, & drive action planning to results.
You're the right fit if:
Master s degree in a relevant technical/business discipline (e.
g.
Engineering or other technical background or equivalent business experienceProfessional with 10
years proven track record in managing and coaching technical, business and/or continuous improvement projects.
Previous management consulting experienceComprehensive knowledge of SAFe/Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen techniques, value proposition creation and/or design thinkingProficient with data analysis and visualization tools (e.
g.
