Office & Data Analytics Manager

Position Overview:
Administrative assistance, Report writing, Data collection, and System Performance Analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative support duties such as negotiating pricing agreements with vendors for equipment or purchases, printing services and office equipment maintenance; codes and processes bills and invoices for payment; prepare and transmit financial documents and maintains records of financial transactions;
  • Use discretion and judgment when handling confidential information.
    Assist in report writing and presentation preparation.
  • Oversee organization and maintenance of filing system for administrative and video datasets.
  • Responsible for planning and recording the video datasets needed for company work.
    Analyze the performance of the Co57 vision system.
    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Experience in administrative work, preferably 2-5 years.
    • Attention to detail and timelines.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrate initiative to anticipate next steps.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Fluency with basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint or OpenOffice and Google documents.
    • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
