Human Resource Assistant Coordinator Job Human Resource Assistant Coordinator needed for a six month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, MA. The Big Picture -Top Skills Should You Possess: - Significant experience in project coordinator and/or HR support role; minimum two to three (2-3) years in HR is preferred. - Proven track record of ability to handle analytical and administrative work - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; tact - Able to work with confidential employee data - Demonstrated ability to work with limited daily direction from multiple supervisors and can prioritize under pressure. What You'll Be Doing: - Report to the Global Head of Staffing and will be responsible for providing operational, project and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. - Best Talent Automated Workflow management and reporting - E-campus management - Coordinate Compliance requirements for staffing (I9's, AAP, Sunshine Act, NHO, BrassRing, HireRight, OFCCP, etc.) - Point of contact for Lominger library - Behavioral Base Interviewing system - Vendor management for staffing - Agencies and Vendors - Manage the Employee Referral System - Monitor and manage Sourcing Usage - Job Boards, Agencies, BrassRing and other - BrassRing Expert user - training schedules; solution findings where required and user compliance - New Hiring Manager training - BrassRIng,Behavioral Base Interviewing and ad-hoc projects - Manage and troubleshoot the job posting submission process. - Interface with US HR Operations - Back up interview scheduling for departments, as needed - Provide phone screen support on administrative roles - Coordinate global staffing metrics/reporting by using SAP, FirstPort and BrassRing - Light support for Global Head of Staffing, Talent Management and Organizational Development by arranging travel, expense, and calendar management. What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Significant experience in project coordinator and/or HR support role; minimum two to three (2-3) years in HR is preferred. - Proven track record of ability to handle analytical and administrative work. - Experience in SAP HR/SAP is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; tact - Able to work with confidential employee data - Demonstrates ability to work with limited daily direction from multiple supervisors and can prioritize under pressure. - General ability to work autonomously, be adaptable and demonstrate resourcefulness to be both proactive and solutions-oriented. - Strong knowledge of PC package tools: including Applicant Tracking Systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Intermediate Excel skills required (ex. create pivot tables, use functions such as VLOOKUP) What's In It For You?
