Job Description:
In this role, the candidate will work on the board level design of electronics for various flight systems. Proven board and FPGA design skills are required. Expertise should include the design and specification of interfaces, signal and power integrity, testing, debug and working with system and software engineers to meet product requirements. Familiarity with communications and signal processing is desired. Individual must be a self-starter and have good technical presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams is desired.
Applicant should have relevant experience in board level schematic and layout design, preferably using Mentor Graphics tools. Ability to write and synthesize HDL code (VHDL preferred) for various FPGAs is also required. Familiarity with lab debug and testing is required. Security Clearance is required.
