Business Analyst-Part Time -Long Term Opportunity!

The healthcare client is looking for Business/Reporting Analyst to work with their end clients (primarily hospitals) to gather requirements and develop customized reporting solutions used to improve the quality of healthcare for patients.
Lead the design and data delivery of a new set of business insights and analytics which will be used for quarterly reporting: initial requirements gathering, data discovery / gap analysis and the development of accurate and insightful reports and analysis.
Develop new ways of bringing together complex sets of analytics and business intelligence into compelling data visualizations.
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in reporting processes, including the automation of existing manual data sets. This includes everything from developing requirements to testing new reports.
Interface with internal and external customers to gather business requirements and deliver complete reporting solutions.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
Work with business stakeholders to ensure solution meets business requirements and can be successfully implemented and maintained. May participate in business strategy discussions based proven/observed expertise.
Interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions.
Requirements:
3-4 years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge / background in healthcare industry products a plus
Advanced skills using Tableau
Experience gathering requirements and formulating business documents
High-powered analytical skills
Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills
Must possess strong cross team and group collaboration skills
Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills
