Our small Cambridge based security client is looking for an online marketing and lead/demand professional to grow their startup from 30 to 60 to 180 people quickly.
Responsibilities
This online marketing leader will be responsible for designing, developing, executing and reporting on inbound marketing / demand generation campaigns to meet our client's sales goals.
The demand generation manager will leverage content, build online and offline events and develop marketing automation programs to guide prospects toward purchase, resulting in both new and existing customer revenue.
Create quarterly demand generation plans that will meet top, middle and bottom of funnel requirements supporting our sales objectives as well as fit within budget constraints
Project manage demand generation program lifecycle from contract to execution thru to measurement and evaluation
Create reports and share program results across company management driving key insights to improve results going forward
Create and develop integrated programs and campaigns
Leverage demand generation tools Hubspot and Salesforce.com as part of your programs
Work closely with VP sales and sales team to understand sales needs and goals
Actively solicit input from key stakeholders regarding new demand generation and campaign plan requirements
Support external events, including trade shows, conferences, press events, etc.
Qualifications
Experience in demand generation, outbound / inbound marketing and digital marketing management
A self-starter, fast learner that flourish in a startup environment
Creative thinking capabilities; Interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
Incredible attention to detail with outstanding project management skills
Experience creating and delivering program measurement, reporting and dashboards
Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
Experience with marketing automation and salesforce automation systems
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
