My name is Debbie and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Scientist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cambridge, PA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience with IVD . The candidate must have hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid sample preparation, PCR, DNA sequencing (including next-generation), real time PCR and mutation detection.
Responsibilities:
Independently carry out experiments with good quality, including sample preparation, PCR, RT-PCR, RNA handling, etc. with presentation of experimental results and report. Must be capable of troubleshooting complex assays.
Provide steady support in documentation of protocol writing, project organizing efforts, good understanding and past experience in IVD environment and documentation are preferred.
Participate in general lab maintenance efforts and comply with regulated environment
Participates in overall local office support team, substituting for other groups as necessary
