Project Manager (PM), Medical Product Operations, Global Medical (GM)
Responsible for supporting the Lead for Medical Product Operations (MPO), in the planning and execution of the strategic medical product plan, tracking progress of key product plan deliverables, and other Global Medical specific projects.
Specific responsibilities include:
Medical product team meetings management
Work with cross functional teams to identify key topics for the product team to address/review in support of product plans
Prepare and communicate meeting agendas in advance of meetings
Document meeting decisions and action items
Follow-up on and track status of open action items/pending issues
Post meeting materials to product team net site, and distribute materials accordingly to key stakeholders (i.e., medical affiliates, commercial, etc).
Project Management
Assist in the development and management of a project management tool; ensure product tactics are documented, tracked and completed according to plan.
Manage product specific technology platforms (i.e., TeamNET, dashboards, etc) to ensure ease of use and alignment with other technology platforms
Post Global Medical documents on product-specific site for cross functional collaboration
Edit, prepare, and consolidate presentations for internal meetings (including quarterly business reviews) and routine communication
Track progress of open action items/pending issues and follow up accordingly
Qualifications
High level of computer proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Office - Powerpoint, Excel, Word, MS Project and other project management tools)
2-4 years of project management experience
Experience preferred in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/global work environment (familiarity with new product development, launch, business needs)
Detail oriented with organizational skills and an able to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment
Build effective relationships to influence without authority and able to use problem-solving skills to address unique/difficult situations regarding projects/tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a fast-paced environment; anticipate upcoming needs and deliverables
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
