Sr. PMO Manager provide business and technical leadership to the Program and Portfolio Management (PPM) Office, leading a PMO group that provides governance, process and reporting assistance to all NPD Program/Project Managers, the Global PPM organization, and BioScience business units.
The Sr. PMO Manager is accountable for SMART (specific, measurable, acceptable, realistic, timely and high quality Project Management statements; developing and monitoring procedures for reportingand internal control, identifying communication needs and opportunities; and support the PPM group in delivery of reporting or planning requirements with other functions or corporate in a specific, accurate, timely manner.
Contributes to the development and alignment of cross functional program/project information management system, and directly managing the reporting and data quality.
Responsible for PPM overall support activities needed to ensure successful product development, monitoring and control of deliverables.
Close interaction with Project managers/teams to ensure compliance. May be responsible for small number of direct reports.
Sr PMO Managers provide business portfolio and administrative leadership for Upper Management requests or PMO services.
This role involves managing the requests for information, setting up new guidelines, processes and tools.
Sr PMO Managers are leading the PPM team through the implementation processes.
Contributes to the maintenance of MS Project Enterprise reporting system and other databases for the purpose of tracking, trending, learning, and improving decision making.
Ensures appropriate linkages of this information to the project prioritization and portfolio process.
Leads analysis of overall BioScience PPM Milestone performance.
Monitoring and control of PPM internal documents to ensure compliance to product development process and quality of deliverables.
Develop and implement policies and procedures and technical solutions for proper internal project control.
Seek regular input and feedback from customers and take appropriate action.
Plan, set direction for and train a team or group within PPM (tool, project reporting, alignment of different business needs within PPM or Functional Units).
Represent the PPM group on special task forces, cross-divisional teams, working groups.
Understand relevant business needs, handle complex problems, possess strong knowledge of product development processes.
Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.
Qualifications:
Business acumen
Strong analytical skills, decision-making capabilities and critical thinking and problem solving strongly linked to business realities

Strong people, leadership, communication and cross cultural skills
Expertise in all aspects of Project Management
Experience handling multiple requests, results driven.
Strong knowledge of PC applications, IT solutions and Sharepoint/Enterprise solutions applications.
Strong knowledge of product development processes, monitoring and control requirements.
Proven track record on delivering tasks.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others, work with cross-functional team.
At the discretion of the hiring manager, a minimum of an MBA/MS or Bachelor s in a scientific or business discipline with equivalent plus 7 years project management and portfolio management experience and product life cycle experience with demonstrated success leading programs in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in handling and analysis of complex data sets / data bases required.
Demonstration of key finance competencies.
Strong knowledge of software tool / IT solutions and business enterprise applications used in Project Management.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
