Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Software Developer positions in Cambridge, MA. Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a computer software design or computer software research-related occupation. Education or experience must include:
1. Designing, developing, testing software applications using Java based web technologies including Java, Spring, Hibernate, and standard Apache libraries;
2. HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
3. Agile or lean development practice;
4. Object oriented design and analysis, data modeling and design patterns;
5. Developing end user and admin web interfaces and AJAX;
6. Shell automation such as Perl, DOS, or Bourne Shell;
7. Designing and implementing complex web applications including architecting new features from scratch;
8. UX concepts and methodology, and interface usability; and
9. Designing and developing interactive, complex data visualizations.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
