About This Role:
Forrester is looking for a data analyst to help stand up and execute a portfolio of financial, customer, and campaign analytics to drive growth and improve operations. You will use a range of data and business analytic approaches and tools to federate and work with data from a range of different sources, apply different data analytic methods, and apply different business analytic approaches to drive insights and value from data. Responsibilities
Monitor, expand, and troubleshoot daily ETL processes.
Execute different data analytics (joins, audits, correlation, etc.) to ensure the completeness, quality, and consistency of data used for analytics across systems.
Participate in efforts to ensure that data quality targets are met by identifying root causes of errors and potential solutions.
Help develop and execute different analytic and data mining techniques (pattern development, cohort/persona development, trending, predictive, etc.) to create insights and value from the data.
Use different analytic techniques and tools including R, Tableau, Lavastorm, and SQL queries.
Develop visual outputs via R, Tableau, and Excel.
Participate in analytic planning discussions to consider different analytic methods to continue to derive value from data.
Project manage analytic efforts to ensure predictable, well-paced, and timely completion of persistent analytics and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as analytical marketing, business, computer science, economics, finance, information systems, mathematics, or statistics.
One to three years of relevant work is preferred.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Working knowledge of ETL concepts and data management practices is a must.
Experience working with APIs is a plus.
Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical modeling preferred.
Experience with reporting and data analysis, including data aggregation and normalization.
Ability to think outside the box and understand the big-picture thought process.
Good time management, multitasking, and written and verbal communications skills are required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
