The Amazon Devices recruiting team is seeking a talented; results oriented Senior Recruiting Manager with a passion for delighting the client and candidate, to join our recruiting organization.
You will partner with the business teams to focus on both strategy and execution of meeting hiring goals.

As a Senior Recruiting Manager supporting the Devices businesses, you will build and lead a high performing team of seasoned recruiters that share a passion for delighting both our customers and our candidates.
This role requires a balance of demonstrated people management skills and hands-on partnership with the business to lead effective candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
You'll act as a true talent adviser, partnering closely with both the business and other HR leaders to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing a client-aligned recruiting team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
