Technical Recruiter

The Physical Stores Recruiting Team is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter with a passion for recruiting to join the team.
This recruiter will own recruiting for roles in the technical realm while helping us build an inclusive and diverse workplace, which fosters innovation and reflects Amazon's global employees, customers and communities.
Successful candidates will use sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.

In this role, you will manage requisitions with the intention of bringing in future Amazonians through sourcing, events, and referrals among other strategies gained from your recruiting knowledge, past successful methods, and available data.
You will have the opportunity to forge relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, our diversity community and our human resource business partners.

Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches Manage customer/partner expectations using data Recruit talent through building and maintaining a network of potential candidates Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company Implement new processes and fine tune standard processes to support efficiency and effectiveness Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and tracking progress Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
